Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, particularly those with a view of the Matterhorn, were comfortable with good amenities, though some lacked centralized ventilation. The service was efficient but lacked a warm welcome. The location was ideal for exploring the area, but some aspects were a bit pricey. The dining experience was great, especially with a good breakfast selection.
The hotel was stunning, better than the photos, equipped with a smart TV and had webcams and weather info from the surrounding Alps. It was so lovely that I could have just stayed there for the 2 days we were there. The service was awesome, beyond expectations and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the ski lift, restaurants, bars, and the main street of town. The dining experience was very good, with plenty of options mostly cold options, and some hot foods. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a fantastic stay.
I stayed at this hotel in Zermatt and found the rooms to be comfortable with a working air conditioning unit, ample storage space, and a TV with British channels. However, the unique standalone bathtub in the corner room was interesting, yet the view was obstructed by a roof overhang, limiting the scenery to just the fenced river and lacking a balcony.
My stay at the hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were even better than the photos, extremely pretty and so comfortable. What a treat to find mimosas included with fresh squeezed orange juice; it was truly unbelievable. However, the higher category room didn't impress me as much as I expected.
